As you’re no doubt aware, Mon 19th July saw all legal restrictions surrounding COVID-19 lifted in England, meaning life in our pubs will be returning to normal/the-new-normal for the first time since March 2020.

As a team, we’re thrilled to be able to operate again and welcome people back indoors and to the bar.  However, we are still aware that COVID-19 poses a significant risk to both people’s health and the economy and that there are different, decisive opinions on things such as masks, social distancing, etc.

Our main objective is to ensure that people both feel comfortable and safe in our pubs, as well as having a good time.

To help you re-navigate your favourite pubs, here’s all the essential info an a few things to consider:

DO I STILL HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK?

In short, no you don’t.  However, we’re leaving it up to customer’s discretion as to whether you choose to wear one or not and, whatever choice you make, will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note, we’re allowing our staff too to take personal responsibility and use their own discretion as to whether they wear a face mask or not.  We ask that you treat our staff respectfully and with consideration at all times.

ARE YOU STILL DOING TABLE SERVICE ONLY?

Nope, you’re now more than welcome to come and peruse the bar as and when you’re ready for your next beer, glass of wine, drink or to order a meal.

DO I STILL NEED TO BOOK A TABLE?

We’re operating bookings for food and drinks, should you wish to reserve a table.  There will also be walk-in tables available, depending on how busy we are.  However, to avoid disappointment and to ensure you get a seat, it’s still advisable to book.

Outdoor seating will be done on a first come, first served basis.

WILL I NEED TO CHECK-IN TO THE VENUE WITH NHS TRACK & TRACE?

Again, there is no legal obligation to track & trace using the NHS app.  However, should you wish to sign in, you’re more than welcome.

We absolutely cannot wait to see your lovely faces again and enjoy the pubs in the way they were meant to be enjoyed: in community over fantastic food, great beer and a wide selection of delicious drinks!
